• We kindly ask you to carefully read our General rules before booking a appointment and our house rules after booking your appointment. You will receive the house rules through your email when your appointment is booked.

*GENERAL RULES*

DEPOSIT 

A deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is NON-REFUNDEBALE. 

You can pay the remaining balance at the appointment. Please make sure it is CASH.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE

If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. 

No-show or cancellection made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged full amount 

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please come with your hair washed and blowdried. If you are not able to blow dry your hair yourself, you can book the add on blow-dry.

Please make sure your hair is product free NO GREASE, NO OIL, NO LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR GEL.
