DEPOSIT 

A deposit is required to secure your spot. You can pay the remaining balance at the appointment. Please make sure it is CASH! The deposit is NON - REFUNDABLE!

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE

If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will automatically be blocked. 

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please come with your hair washed and blowdried. If you are not able to blow dry your hair yourself, you can book the add on blow-dry.

Please make sure your hair is product free NO GREASE, NO OIL, NO LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR GEL.
